Hey,Monge! is a new generation ad agency focusing on small business and individuals marketing needs. We consult and advise clients on how to utilize and implement various forms of media specializing in Web Development and Social Networking. We manage interns and creative professionals to complete our clients projects. At present we have 2 interns from Chapman University.

2003 - 2007
Worked as an on-premise manager for temporary labor pool. Sourced, Recruited, and Retained over 40 employees. Managed client relations, responsible for marketing positions, and worked with client to forecast employment needs. Client was valued at $2.5 million dollars in revenue.
Previous Position: On-Premise Supervisor for PING Golf Assisted On-Premise Manager with daily tasks. Managed the candidate process and worked closely with floor managers to ensure retention and problem resolution.
Volunteer Experience
St. Joseph Hospital Foundation Marketing Advisory Board I am part of a 8 member board of professional marketers that meet with St. Joseph Hospital Foundation and St. Joseph Hospital Marketing Team to review and evaluate new strategies and tools for reaching new and current donors. Orange Mayor’s Office: Non-profit Coalition The Mayor of Orange is working with a small group of non-profit organizations in Orange to create a resource managed by the city to help these organizations work together more harmoniously. The goal is to have a resource that any non-profit in Orange or Servicing the residents of Orange, can use to better facilitate aide to those in need. The site would encompass a community calendar, a profile of each organization and the services they offer.
