References available. 720-468-3225 Here's a partial listing of what we do: We perform remodel or remodeling work on baths, kitchens, basements, etc. We can install GFI GFCI protection, service wiring, install lamps, install lighting, move switches and outlets, install garage door openers, install in-yard sprinkler systems, etc. We provide rental property maintenance services, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, etc. In the electrical area, we can install new wall sockets, relocate outlets or switches, replace wall plates, install carbon monoxide detectors, fire detectors, smoke detectors, etc. We also can replace and re-tension garage door springs. We can perform complete equipment assembly, computer assembly, toy assembly, and furniture assembly for clients. We also work on fences, and do fence repairs (wooden, chain-link, etc). We also do all types of plumbing work - replacement or installation of garbage disposals, sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, bathtubs, hose bibs, utility sinks, dishwashers and more. If you need help with caulk or caulking, repair or installation of drawers, design and building of a kennel, shed or garage, installation of baseboard, crown molding, etc., we can assist you. If you need masonry work done, we can install or repair pavers, bricks, repair a whole course of brickwork, or build a new brick wall. We can also repair cracked concrete, mortar joints, etc., and can do concrete overlays that are less expensive than jack-hammering the old concrete out and re-pouring the entire piece, yet look identical to a newly poured surface. We can repair or replace gutter sections, and/or downspouts, and/or clean out roof gutters. We routinely perform demolition on job sites, including removal of torn-out material. If a job requires a ladder, we have all types and sizes, up to 28 feet in length. If you need roof repairs, we can replace an individual shingle or multiple tabs, as needed, along with flashing, etc. We can install critical missing pieces, such as a kickout flashing that will prevent deterioration of your walls due to water infiltration. We also install insulation in walls and attic spaces, do tree trimming, pruning, and general landscaping. We have a wide range of tools to help us get jobs done quickly, including all types of saws (demolition, reciprocating, circular, table, hand, etc), clippers, hedge trimmers, edgers, drills, drivers, specialized plumbing tools, remote-view "snake" cameras, infrared (IR) thermal imaging equipment, edging equipment, woodworking tools, wire ties, grout saws and floats, mortar mixers and concrete floats / trowels, tub wrenches, flood lights, extension cords, hammer drills/chisel hammers, biscuit joiners, routers, etc., plus many specialized tools that save time and ensure a professional job every time. We can replace shower knobs and valves (including the valve seats), and can also help you evaluate problems with large appliances such as your clothes washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. We regularly install new disposals, and can pick up the materials for that or any other job on the way to your home or business. If you have a need for repairs in a bathroom, utility room, bedroom, kitchen, basement, garage, kitchen, pantry, rec room, dining room, living room, bonus room, home theater, or any other room in your home, we would be honored to be of service. We can replace or install new cabinets, humidifiers, gas stoves, hoods, vents, and many other appliances. Many clients turn to us for organization projects -- such as adding shelving in a closet, pantry, garage, basement, storage room, or elsewhere. If your home has an integrated sprinkler system, we can assist with maintenance and repairs including identifying water leaks, which valve or pipe is leaking, faulty controller programming, etc. We assist our clients with lawn maintenance, home security, stair repairs, porch repairs, home winterization, weatherstrip installation, etc. We can install new seals or weatherstripping to replace ones that no longer seal properly, and also run cabling as needed to support video, audio, computer networks, AC for outlets, ground wires, ground fault interrupt circuitry, etc. We can refurbish, restore, repair or revamp practically any failed or damaged item in your home or workplace. For example, we can replace flooring (tile, linoleum, etc), or refinish hardwood flooring, and/or install new wood flooring, including pre-finished, solid or laminate. In the yard, we can perform all types of work from aeration and watering to garden landscaping, etc. When it comes to kitchens, we can do a complete sink and faucet replacement, as well as drain the toilet, install a new kit of parts in the porcelain tank, pull the old wax ring and install a few one, re-seat the toilet and caulk it in place. When it comes to exterior work, we can do painting (interior OR exterior), and also can repair or install new siding, or install new window sills (to replace ones that are rotten or warped). We can disconnect / remove an old water heater and install a new one that will last longer with proper maintenance. (We will also give you maintenance tips to ensure long lasting life from your water heater.) We install tile, hardwood flooring, wall switches, light dimmers, trim, baseboard, crown molding, drywall, wallboard, cement board, window and door locks, doorknobs, locksets, deadbolts, etc. We can also re-key an entire house, re-key the locks to utilize the same key, and cut a set of new keys to match. This is a particularly valuable service for property managers, such as immediately after an eviction has occurred. We also can perform threshold adjustments, design/craft and fit new parts as needed, and draw up plans to meet client requirements. If you need help with making doors fit properly in your house, we can plane them to eliminate rubbing and sticking. Our power planing equipment will help us make the difference...properly fitted doors every time. We also can perform all types of electrical work, as well as sanding, staining, refinishing work (face-lift), cleaning and repairs of all kinds. Many clients with woodwork that's been scratched by pets have turned to us to have those areas refinished. With our special processes, we often can treat scratched areas to 'melt' the scratches away, at a fraction of the mess, time (and cost!) of sanding down to bare wood, re-staining and re-varnishing.
