Experienced drafter available on contract to develop and draft residential house plans or remodels for permit sets. Fees will be negotiated depending on the scope and magnitude of the project. I work closely with the client to design the home that YOU want. Using Chief Architect, the plan can be viewed in various camera shots that allow you to see what your house will look like.
